Contact our catering office between 9:00 am - 5:00 pm at 773-508-6035 or catering@luc.edu. Whenever possible, all catering orders should be placed 14 business days prior to your event. While we make every effort to accompany last minute orders, we cannot guarantee your first choice selections can be fulfilled.

Meet the Chef
Chef Elizabeth J. Tokarczyk earned her culinary degree from Le Cordon Bleu, where she received intensive, practical hands-on training in classical French cuisine. Liz began her career in off-premise catering, working with some of Chicago’s most prominent caterers. She enjoys exploring farmers' markets and letting fresh ingredients shine in the dishes she creates. With influences ranging from her Eastern European heritage to her love for Latin cuisine, Liz brings passion and creativity to every plate.
