Simpson Dining is in Simpson Hall on the South Side of campus. Our team of chefs have designed a menu packed with flavor and nutrients all served within a safe environment. Our Simpson Dining team will be serving Ramblers from our Graze Salad Bar, Lu’s Halal Grill, True Balance, and Confectionary stations. Dietary restrictions? Simpson Dining Hall's True Balance station is devoid of any of the top 9 allergens and features Vegan Friendly, Vegetarian Friendly, and Allergen Friendly options.
